Mail In Repair

Repair Time Frames

We understand the importance of having your device working and back in your hands.  We will do our best to keep our processing times as low as possible.
​
  • Screen Repair, Batteries, & Charging docks on all iPhones will take 1 day to process.
  • All board level micro soldering will  take 1-2 weeks to process.​
  • Liquid Damage Data Recovery jobs- allow up to 4 weeks to process.
  • After hours and rush jobs can be accommodated for an additional premium fee.

Step 1.
Print and Fill Out  Client Agreement Form

Step 2.  test client agreement form
Print and Fill Out Client Info Repair Form
(If unable to print this form please use it as a template of the info needed. 
A handwritten version is ok.)
 
*The Information on this form is REQUIRED and if it is not received
with the device, your repairs or data recovery will not be processed.

Step 3.
Prepare your device for shipping by wrapping the 2 printed documents around the device and properly package it for shipping.  In most cases your device will be returned to you in the same packaging.

Step 4.
Payment- When your device is completed, you will receive an email with the invoice.  Once payment is received, your device will be shipped back within 48 hours.

All major credit cards accepted. 

NOTE- Any invoices left unpaid after 30 days will be considered an abandoned device and will be resold or recycled.
